While the Holiday Inn Elisees in Paris boasts a clean room and a convenient location, my stay was overshadowed by several disappointments. The rooms were notably tiny, and the lack of sufficient staff meant there was no assistance available for carrying bags. At all times except once I only seen one person at the reception, this person is meant to run the bar and serve drinks, check people in and out and obtain taxis etc. how is this even acceptable for an IHG hotel?? Furthermore, I encountered a billing issue regarding an extra person charge for an infant (they charged an “extra person charge on both rooms” simply because there was an infant in the one room). I also noted that they wanted to charge extra for fried eggs during breakfast as opposed to no charge for the boiled eggs and scrambled eggs which I found to be quite petty. On top of these concerns, an unsettling incident occurred on the first evening when the lone staff member handled a situation with a vagrant in a manner that was distressing for my daughter and left her questioning the safety of the hotel. Regrettably, despite the positives of cleanliness and location, these negative experiences outweigh my satisfaction. I will not consider staying at this establishment again.”

I love this hotel. I felt so at home because the staff was to accommodating. Maysha and Emille at the reception desk were so knowledgeable and pleasant. Everyone was wonderful Aissatou, Soufiane, Mamadou and Sultans took great care of my friend and I for a week

Hotel is closely located to the Metro, clean and welcoming. A fast and easy check-in with helpful reception team. Fantastic A/C and Emile the night porter really made our stay memorable! Thank you to the team!

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and always helpful. My cell phone was having issues when we arrived and one of the young men at the front desk was able to fix the issue. The location was very good, close to the metro that took us anywhere we wanted to go in Paris without issue. The breakfast was really good as well. Thank you for a great experience.
